Hi - does anyone know if difficulty getting about caused by medication as well as the medical condition counts?
It would be almost impossible to separate out which is which without stopping the medication which would obviously not be a good plan!

IMO, yes.
Providing the medication is necessary and prescribed by a medical professional, and (particularly) if the additional difficulties you experience are known and recognised side effects of the medication.
