Purchased item from eBay, arrived missing pieces, any advice?

I certainly wouldn't sell clothes on eBay as a living. I have recently , perhaps foolishly, allowed myself to be talked into a high profit and specialist line of clothing . Yes the profit per item is very nice, but the return rate is higher than I like , and that's with all the sizes and measurements listed. I shan't be tempted again, even with the high profits possible!
