Home Shopping personal finance loan - claim not found - HELP

Hi All
I put in a claim to Halifax (BOS) for a 1) Home Shopping and Personal finance loan 2) a BOS preference card that came with it via resolver.
I've chased the claim with Halifax via the phone and they say they only have a record of one claim, for the card.
Has anyone else put in a claim for the loan?
I thought about calling BOS instead of Halifax, but they have the same PPI number so I don't know what use that would be.
I'm sure when I looked the loan up it was owned by BOS/Halifax - have I got that wrong?
Any help would be appreciated.

Did you put in a single complaint for the two policies, or a single one.
Resolver is very wonky and it's more than possible they've lost one.0 -

Nothing now. If they don't have it, they don't have it.
Ask them to check again, but you're probably have to chalk this on up to experience.0 -
Home Shopping and Personal Finance Ltd was a joint venture between Shop Direct and BoS. It is very possible therefore that any PPI would have been sold by Shop Direct and BoS would have no record,
Halifax is simply a trading name of BoS,0
