Hi, this is a bit of a strange question. I’m planning on doing a balance transfer to a 0% deal I have been offered with MVNA - does anyone know if they send a confirmation letter when the balance transfer is completed or is it all on phone and email? Thanks

I've done several MBNA transfers, never had a letter regarding the actual transfer.0

I've just done this.
I had an email and a text to confirm that the balance transfer went theough.Geek by Nature.. Geek by Profession!
