Parking Control Managment

Hi there,
I'm currently dealing with a PCN from Parking Control Management which has been passed to TRACE.
The ticket was issued in April 19 on one of my company vehicles which an employee was driving. They were working inside the property and parked outside in the bays whilst unloading.
This vehicle is registered in my name not the company.
My office sent an appeal in April which we had a response to say as not the registered keeper they can not accept it.
Since then nothing has been done and we receive monthly letters chasing the payment.
Is it worth going back to them to appeal or shall I just wait and ignore until I get a County Court Summons and reply to that?

Addressed to the company, or still addressed to you as an individual?we receive monthly letters chasing the payment.
Your company should urgently lobby the landowner to cancel it due to this. That really is the easiest way to beat these scammers AND to get a black mark against them with their client who will remember complaints about predatory ticketing when it comes to renewing the contract, or not. They were working inside the property and parked outside in the bays whilst unloading.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The letters are addressed to me personally from the details on the V5. I know this as a slight spelling mistake on my name.
I only know the details for the management company for the site. Which I presume employ parking control. I will get onto them to see if they can get the ticket cancelled.0 -
Whilst you are the RK; the company would be the "keeper" for the purposes of POFA.Hi there,
