I’m within my Consumer Rights- company won’t give me a refund- what should I do?

In June, I bought a Mexico SIM card from World Sim, only to arrive in Mexico and discover that their services do not currently operate in Mexico.
I did not realise until arriving in Mexico, when I contacted them, that they don’t operate in Mexico.
For almost 4 weeks now, i’ve been trying to get a refund as ultimately, I paid for a service that doesn’t exist.
However, the most they are prepared to give me is an international SIM card of the same value, but I’m not going anywhere and already have a personal sim with 3 Mobile so do not want another one, not to mention not wanting to have any ties to them!
They say they cannot offer me a refund as it’s past 14 days of delivery.
However in the link they referred me to:
In the Faulty Goods section- it mentions that they work under the Sale of Goods/ Consumer Rights Act and all products have a 6 month warrantee.
I responded explaining that the SIM card I purchased from them is not compliant with the Sale of Goods Act or Consumer Rights Act. As the product is:
-not as described (as it is a Mexico SIM card that doesn’t operate in Mexico)
- it is not fit for purpose ( a Mexico sim that doesn’t work in Mexico)
However, World Sim will still not co-operate and are no longer responding to my e-mails!
What is the best way to get a refund and if not, how should I take legal action as they are mis-selling products!

That's a USA sim, it doesn't say anywhere that it is also Mexico, or I can't find it.
It does say you can make calls to Mexico but that's not the same as being a Mexico sim.0 -
They have changed the website but I have an order confirmation and a screenshot of my confirmation as USA/Mexico/Sim- the company are not saying it was not meant to be for Mexico0

By searching world sim USA/ Mexico/ Canada sim on google images- you will be able to see what I purchased!

You able to post a screenshot? Wayback machine only shows 5th August and it's the same as it is today.0 -
They do seem to be offering a SIM for Mexico

Small print says your handset needs to be unlocked - is it?0 -
