UK Sharedealing accounts for non-residents

Since I found out, on Thursday, my online broker SVS is in special administration, I've been contacting other brokers to enquire about opening accounts for me and my partner.
Every broker I've contacted has told me they don't open accounts for non-residents. I'm a UK citizen and working in Thailand at the moment, though I plan to return to the UK in a few years.
Does anybody know a broker that does deal with non-residents? I'm looking for an execution only account.
