    In any event I have enough hassle from BW Legal etc without adding to it with this forum thread.


    Thanks for your past help, I am grateful, but we certainly seem to be in the realm of 'What you fight you become' and I think I will leave it there.

    Back at the time I had a letter saying the debt (alleged) had been bought by another company, that is why at the time I thought it was all over, becuase at the time when I researched it, it seemed that if this happened it was not enforceable and hence why we ignored everything received after that time.
    If they actually sold it on to MIL (who used to do this) then that is not allowed.

    Using a debt collector is not selling a debt.
