    The paragraph headed 'Important Note' has the PoFA warning (not perfect, but probably enough to persuade most Judges) but damns VCS in the process. Read their final sentence of that paragraph.

    Everyone is advised to use that to show that they've entered into the process of the PPC (to show a Judge at a later stage that they've not been unreasonable) as well as ensuring they don't blow off any of their toes by revealing any information as to who the driver was.

    But don't be under any misapprehension that this will result in a cancellation. You're just going through the motions at this stage.

    There is nothing new to add to any IPC case until court stage.

    Asking what to appeal on is just pointless because it will be rejected and we do not need to be asked about the 'next steps' (please no).

    That's why we have the template, to avoid drowning in threads. Please no reply telling us it was rejected. We have no time to spend on a 'nothing' stage like this.

    Come back at court stage.
