Rot in floor joists

Hi All,

While installing insulation, I have noticed signs of rot in my floor joists.
Can anyone tell me:

What should I do?
Who can investigate this?
How do I treat this?
Costs?

The joists have little holes in them - I am assuming this is wet rot? So far it has only affected a small areal where there has been moisture (by the pipes).

Info here as well as approved contractors and surveyors. Get a report from an independant pro rather than advice from a contractor, who will want to make money.

Another question: Can anyone recommend a wood treatment? For any new timber I am using, I want to make sure that it is treated correctly. I am currently looking at this one:
