Motorbike repair

Hi all sadly a bracket on my 750cc motorbike has come off that holds the chain guard, what is the best way to repair this? I don't have access to a welder. Even contacted my local garage and they don't have a welder.

Thanks

Is it a separate bracket, or is the bracket part of the chain guard?
If it's just a bracket, I'd get a replacement if it's not silly money.
Someone local will be able to weld stuff though. Ask around.

The bracket is part of the swing arm

Is the SA alloy or steel? Either way a decent welder will be able to do it although you might have to remove the wheel. It'll ruin the paint though.
