    Just hope that you are one of the lucky people for whom night sweats and hot flushes eventually subside.

    And don't we envy those even luckier people who never suffer them.


    A few of us have them and will do so until such time as we no longer exist.

    Exercise really does work

    Ive been suffering for 7 years or there about now, and I swear I don't get them on the nights I go out walking. I didn't go walking for nearly two weeks there recently due to an injury, and I started waking in the night sweating again. Been back walking the past 3 days, and no night sweats

    I have also cut out coffee, tea and red wine. Cotton bedding , lightweight duvet with brushed cotton bedding in the winter months rather than a heavier duvet. Mr S needs a blanket his side of the bed
