Terms and Conditions 1. No purchase necessary.
2. This competition is not open to employees of BAA Limited, bmibaby or any person directly or indirectly connected with this competition or family members of any of these persons.
3. Entry is open to all UK residents over 18 with a valid passport (Winner responsible for all visa/immigration requirements. It is strongly recommended that travellers take out adequate travel insurance.
4. There will be one prize winner and the prize includes: return travel for two passengers with bmibaby from Aberdeen airport to Birmingham on the bmibaby network. The costs of transfers, travel insurance, meals (other than those specified), spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses are not included in the prize. All baggage except hand baggage will be paid for by the passenger as per bmibaby’s general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage. Travel must be completed by 25 March 2008. Bookings must be made at least 14 days before departure. Flights are subject to availability. Availability is more restrictive during peak periods. Greater promotional seat availability is offered on off-peak and high frequency services.
5. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. Flight details, dates and times cannot be varied once they are booked. Route may vary due to timetable changes. bmibaby reserves the right to change its flight schedules without prior notice. bmibaby reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable. bmibaby reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize promotion and without notice in the unlikely event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event. All flights are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are issued including bmibaby’s general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Only one entry per household can be accepted.
7. Closing date for entries 30 November 2007. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending email is not proof of receipt of entry. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not provided.
8. The prize winner will be drawn at random from those entrants whose correct entries have reached BAA Limited by the closing date.
9. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.
10. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
11. BAA Limited reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in BAA Limited's sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Please note that any personal data provided by an entrant will remain confidential to BAA Limited and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent, except that BAA Limited reserves the right to publish the name of the winner on its website. In addition the winner agrees to publicity photographs in association with this prize. All personal data provided by an entrant will be used by BAA Limited solely for the purposes of administering the competition and notifying the winner.
15. Winners are liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of this promotion.
