    Do bike batteries have warranties?

    Bought from local bike shop.
    They do, yes, but as you can damage batteries you may find that the shop are difficult. You should certainly ask, though.

    Is it a good brand? With batteries I always tend to go for one of the better names.
  • Its from the m/c bike repair shop Ive used for the last 10 years.

    Just said can I have a battery for a ybr125 and they looked it up. £30

    There doesnt seem to be a huge choice in bike batteries.

    My first choice in bike batteries, and used as OEM by many manufacturers. Not cheap rubbish.
    If someone is nice to you but rude to the waiter, they are not a nice person.

    Oddly on the last time without touching the starter I touched the horn and the bike went to the 'dead' state but quickly 'recovered'. I presume both the horn and the electric start require a huge initial 'kick' if the engines not running?
    Could the problem be the handlebar switch? The starter motor will be a large load but the horn wont. Do the switches ground through the bars?
