car accident 80/20 split?????

My daughter was involved in an accident and 8 months on we are still trying to find out what is going on. Admiral are abysmal at paperwork, they have lost emails, letters, denied having dash cam footage from us and never return calls.
My daughter lost her 3 years NCB and had to pay £750 excess. To Admiral's credit they got my daughter's car to a garage and back on the road with little inconvenience. However, until the dispute is settled my daughter is paying car insurance with no ncb discount and £750 worse off due to the excess.
The latest is that the third party's insurer Adrian Flux have admitted 80% liability but Admiral are looking for 100%.
May I ask MSE people who have been in the same situation as my daughter to let us know the following.
1) if it stays 80/20 in my daughter's favour, will my daughter get 80% of her ncb back?
2) Would she get 80% of the £750 excess she paid?
3) She is now with Direct line, if is get's settled then would Direct line reinstate any ncb and issue a refund?
we have sent Admiral emails and left messages asking these questions but true to form, Nothing back from Admiral!
Many thanks

1. No, there is no % of NCB you either have it or you don't, in this case 0 NCB as it's a split liability.
2. Yes and Admiral would get back 80% of their outlay, the third party / to insurance company would get back 20%.
3. Admiral would reinstate the NCB, your daughter would advise DL and DL would recalculate the premium. IF liability was settled 100% in her favour. No recalculation for a split liability settlement.
