Service Deposit

Hi

I booked a professional clean over the phone and was told I had three days to cancel should I wish to. I was sent a link to pay half up front as deposit. I had to cancel and gave a weeks notice. They were very happy to cancel but refused to return my deposit, after insisting over the phone they said they would on this occasion but haven’t and they won’t reply to emails (I wanted written confirmation). I have asked to see the terms and conditions as they are not on their website (if though they insist they are, have also requested the link but no response). What can i do here? There was no written information on deposit rules provided on booking and no T&C’s to be found. Can I claim this somehow?
