CCJs and attachment of earnings

I received a CCJ 5 years ago, with the court enforcing an attachment of earnings. The deductions have continued since then, leaving £15k of the original £21k debt.
My question is:
Does the credit report expire 6 years after the CCJ itself - ie from 5 years ago, or from when the debt has been completely paid off via my wage deductions?

6 years from judgement date.
But even when it drops off you need to continue payments.0
