Feeling touchy about people mentioning things that make you oppositional and aggressive, eh? Things like the stagnant state of the property market? It must be awful feeling so touchy about a stagnant property market. Oh well, if you feel like that now, imagine how you will feel if the market gets even worse?

That's not what mobilesaver is doing, all they are against is people rambling on and on without backing up their posts or actually answering any of the relevant questions.

All we are trying to do is give you a proper understanding of the market, not keep you out of our 'secret landlords club'.

You also seem oppositional towards talk regarding the stagnant property market. I'm sorry it's a touchy subject for you, but I'm afraid there's no burying it under the carpet or hiding from it.

I couldn't give a t⁣oss about the property market - I own all the land I'll ever need and I'm not planning to ever sell it thanks.

Crash or boom will not affect me at all.


PS - I've never been a landlord and it would be way down my list of investment strategies even if I did have that sort of spare cash.

Couldn't give a toss about the property market, not affected, eh? You could have fooled me from how touchy and irritable you are about people raising the subject of unsold languishing houses, and how obsessed you are with property. Trying to keep your secret landlord club secret now? Just too painful revealing you are a member of that unhappy investment club.
