Mystery HSBC 1% cashback offer anyone ?

Hi
Back in June I received an email from HSBC offering 1% cashback when using my debit card between mid July and mid October.
Appearing a decent offer I have been using my card whenever I could and got a small cashback paid on 9th August but nothing since ,even when after using the same merchant again.
Had a pointless online chat and another fruitless phone call to HSBC when both operators directed me to Visa saying the offer is organised by them .
I emailed Visa using the address HSBC gave me only to get a reply of ' its HSBC' ?!?!?!?



Neither company appears to recognise the offer .
Has anyone else had any luck with this mysterious offer?
If so have they had any cashback since mid August ?

I had a few cashback payments, but haven't received anything since around the date you mention.

I don't think anyone has.

I guess HSBC will catch up eventually.

Thanks ,but I have now communicated with four different people in both HSBC and Visa and no one acknowledges the offer even exists.
Not confident of a payout now now that four weeks have passed with no activity.

Never had any emails about the offer (HSBC Advance) and certainly no cashbacks. Looks like it was a targetted offer to a few customers and now quietly forgotten.

I think it's an HSBC promotion that has nothing (directly) to do with Visa.

I'm sure we'll receive the cashback we're due.

My guess is that a technical problem came to light after the first batch of payments and it's holding up future payments.

Pleased to report Multiple cashback payments have arrived tonight.
Over two weeks late according to the promotion details.
HSBC need to inform their staff of these promotions rather than getting the run around when enquiring.
