Resolver PPI confirmed but can’t claim?

At the last minute I used resolver to claim PPI but I must of done it wrong as I have had a reply saying I have it but I can’t do anymore about it??? 😡😭
Is this true, I know the date has passed but the case was before the deadline....

Sounds like you’ve made an information request rather than a complaint. Another triumph for resolver.
Some banks were automatically converting Yes PPI info requests to complaints but obviously not yours.
Such are the perils of leaving something that you’ve had decades to complain about until the last minute.helpful tips

It’s a ‘have I got PPI’ info request that either returns Yes PPI (in the OP’s case) or No PPI result for each product.helpful tips
