I've finally had my Economy Energy bill reviewed

I've been trying since last November to get my EE statements reviewed. I got caught up in the collapse of EE and then had to wait round til May this year for the final bill which needlessto say was grossly incorrect. They said I owed them £433. I asked for a review in June and then (without being informed) this week I have discovered they have silently updated my statements on line and now owe me £262.

Now I have the joy of trying to get the money from OVO but at least I have the bills I've been waiting almost a year for.

So if you're still waiting for a bill review check your EE account online. They may not have told you it's been done. Good luck all.
