How do I contact Experian without a membership?

Every phone number I've tried says you must be a member. I notice on my credit report (via the money saving expert credit club) that there is a mistake on my credit file. So I need to contact Experian to find out what's going on. I've already used up my 30 day free trial several months ago.
Is there anyway I can contact them without having to subscribe?
Thanks!
