Hi, We have just got a new computer and am trying to import email accounts into outlook express but it is not recognising the passwords. So, we are trying to log in on the website and it is saying that the password or username aren't recognised but we never had this problem on my old computer.
Any suggestions?
The details i'm putting in are:
Incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
Incoming mail: pop.ntlworld.com
Outgoing mail: smtp.ntlworld.com
Then the username and password.
Thanks.

When you are inputting your username, make sure you are just inputting the username and not the entire email address? For expample, username: john.smith3 instead of john.smith3@ntlworld.comHi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
