TUI package holiday flight time change and implications

Booked a TUI package holiday for October. Just received mail saying time has been changed by 3 hours. As a result, it means that we will now miss dinner as we are going half board (restaurant will be closed when we arrive now). I was previously told that meals are baked into the overall price you pay for a package holiday. Do we have any grounds for either money back or for them to cover room service when we arrive?

No.
Just out of interest, has your return flight been put back by 3 hours so you can now have dinner before you leave?0 -

No, the flight back is still at the same time. We have lost 3 hours of our holiday (plus dinner).0 -
Answer is probably still no, tbh. They reserve the right to change flight times +/- 12 (?) hours without having to shell a penny out, will be in the terms you agreed to0

Sometimes flight times change, poo happens, it sounds to me that the OPs is flying at least one way with an other operator, TUI use Norwegian and EasyJet as well as their own aircraft on some routes. Sounds like the OP is making a big fuss about a very minor issue, it’s a 3 hr difference on the outgoing flight, hardly the end of the worldI hate football and do wish people wouldn't keep talking about it like it's the most important thing in the world0

I agree with what you are saying, really bigger problems in life, but it's more about the fact that it means we go without a meal that we have in effect paid for. That was my only point.0 -
How much does a meal in the package cost?0

some hotels when flights are late put food aside usually buffet style0

Have your meal out and help to support a local business. Will probably be far superior to what you'd have had anyway.0
