SABA Missed Appeal

I could not find anything specific to these circumstances on the Newbie thread I am afraid so please excuse ignorance if reading between the lines of many responses should have been employed.

Documentation received from ZZPS regarding a parking fine for failing to obtain a valid ticket or voucher and the latest correspondence states Final Reminder of Unpaid Debt as have moved house and mail was not being forwarded as it should have been.

A ticket was purchased using the SABA app however the last letter of the VRN in question was missed off.

Obviously now the deadline is missed to appeal however reading on here it would have been fruitless anyway.

I assume that this can be ignored if other posts are interpreted correctly?

SABA/ZZPS - I assume this was a railway car park and they are referring to it as a Penalty Charge Notice?

The forum is awash with SABA cases.

Just do a forum search on keyword 'SABA' and find other threads/posts with similar issues (the main one being 'byelaws' and how they impact).

Confirmed SABA/ZZPS and a Railway Car Park. The original document stated a Penalty Notice By Post.

Great, then do as Umkomass suggest and search for SABA threads.

OK. Adding Bylaw whittled this down somewhat. Someone seems to have a similar but not identical issue so I think the right response may have been found which is to string out.
