Defense needed in 2 days- urgent help

No I have checked through the paperwork and I did file a defence. I did it online and I stated the following:

This is the first notification I have received for this parking
invoice, as I have not lived at the address (********),stated
on the court document, for over 2 years. I have never received any
window ticket ,Notice to owner or Final Notice documentation for
any stated amount.
Furthermore, most importantly, I was not the driver of a Kia
Sorento, registered number YP10 LDD, on the contravention date. I
was on this date and time working at another town and can evidence
as such.

So I need to compile my witness statement and evidence. Do I need a skeletal argument or just 2 documents- witness statement and defence?

then that is your filed defence , meaning you cannot file another one without a large sum of money being paid to the court

the latest letter demands your WS + Exhibits + Costs schedule by this friday

In fairness- although probably worded in a rushed fashion, it is correct and states my defence reasons.... So do I need a skeletal argument or just one witness statement and a defence?

too late for any defence , already told you that fact, its done and already in

I told you the 3 things you need to prepare and to submit to the court and the claimant by this friday (3 not 2)

the skeleton argument is really an aide memoir and isnt needed , think of it as a crib sheet , if needed , but not mandatory

so its your WS + Exhibits + Costs schedule by this friday (3 items)

to be clear , what you filed as a defence , is not your defence by any definition, its actually a very, very short witness statement on behalf of the defendant

ie:- its nothing like a defence , post #12 in this thread is a typical defence against a claim by VCS
