Shop Direct Delay

Has anyone had any problems with Shop Direct (Littlewoods, Very, etc) ? I was told I would receive aPPI redress by cheque in August but it has not come. I phoned them again today and was told they have stopped issuing payments from July / August and don't know when they will send them out. Any ideas on what to do?

Waiting for it wold be the best approach.
You could go to FOS if you like, but it's unlikely to help. The payment will have arrived long before they get round to looking at it.0 -
Anyways the longer it takes the more money you get @ 8% simple interest pa. what's the rush?0
