Fineco bank - has anyone managed to setup Mobile Code?

Got an email earlier today from Fineco asking me to setup Mobile Code on my smartphone app but in the app (iOS) unfortunately I can’t get past the last stage. I am sent a 10 digit verification code via sms but for some bizarre reason the app doesn’t accept the code. Have called Fineco but they said I should email them. Anyone else also having issues?

I managed to setup my Mobile code on an Android phone without any problems.

I activated mine w/o any problems. iPhone on latest iOS.
