Hello,
Please excuse my ignorance but any help would be much appreciated.
I have had a PPI refund and the tax has already been taken at 20% but I can’t figure out how I claim this back on my self-assessment form .I have been informed you enter the details of the 8% interest and tax deducted on your self-assessment form as “other savings income where tax has been deducted at source” but I can’t find any such box?
Many thanks in advance

On-line or paper? If on-line have you completed the "Tailor your Return" section correctly?0

It is next to the untaxed interest box on the paper return and as Nearlyold says you need to set it up correctly on the online version i.e. you have interest to declare.0
