Received a letter from TSB, they had reviewed my complaint from May 2018 (when systems went down) and decided to pay me an additional £131 compensation.

Can't really complain TBH - its additional free money for no additional effort on your part0

What did you get the first time?0 -
I'd guess £19.What did you get the first time?
In my partner's case, it was £26 initially (can't remember how it was made up). She just got another £74 (making it up to £100 in total). The letter said they hadn't treated her fairly initially. And they still haven't, because I got £150 last year for exactly the same complaint matter. Not going to complain though.

The FCA or ombudsman may have 'instructed' them on appropriate redress?0

I genuinely can’t remember how much from TSB, I got £250 due to GDPR breach. Then they paid me twice for the error I mention above - think this was approx £200 and now another £1310

They'll have made all payments into your current account, so easily checked...although you may not want to go public with the exact amount(s).wizzywig27 wrote: »I genuinely can’t remember how much from TSB, I got £250 due to GDPR breach. doubt anything will come of it i assume TSB has been accidently losing these complaints but your post does mean some are still to be resolved so who knows.0 -

You are correct.
My first FOS complaint never got answered by TSB
My second FOS complaint could not be found by TSB and not until the FOS forced TSB to admit they had the complaints all along did anything happen.
In my opinion in dealing with their Sarah Smith Customer Relations and Mr Hayward-Murray and Mr Luke Flynn they are probably sitting around making paper airplanes out of the complaints as they come out of their fax machine.
The three of them are "AT IT"!
Please pass this on to
richard.meddings@tsb.co.uk
If you too have been messed about by them.
Cheers
