Timebars aside, they have no records and you have records. That means your complaint is over.
If you find your records though, you can resubmit your complaint with those records as you have already complained.

Remember that it is not somehow wrong simply to have insurance. In order for it to be refunded you needed to have shown it was somehow mis-sold to you. As I said, very difficult to construct a valid and compelling complaint without being certain you had anything to complain about..0 -
