I don't understand why you focus so much about your credit score, as others have said, the credit score is a made up number that's harmless. Your credit history does matter - with making payments on time and not defaulting being the most important things. Credit utilisation % is only important if you plan to get more credit.
Perhaps focus your efforts on resolving your actual debt situation - you maxed out your 3 credit cards, that's a lot of unsecured debt - and it will take you 5+ years to pay it all back. Do you have any savings in case you lose your job?
