DISREGARD and concentrate on doing your own tasks

even the £180 includes the debt collection fees, so its no offer at all

an offer would be the original pcn amount plus costs to date like MCOL filing fee
  • YES have disregarded and not Even responded . Also did a SAR and got all info from the them including their response to defence. They wrote something along the lines of my defence is cut and paste exercise from other sources lol.

So what ????? The fact is that it is true, who helped is irrelevant

Most of their stuff is copy and paste anyway especially their robo claims

If you would just search the forum for an unusual word from that letter you will see it already posted umpteen times. Ironically, it's a cut&paste template letter!

What's happening in your case now; please update us, physiodoc3 ?

If you have a hearing date, you need to work on your WS & evidence to meet the deadline that is in the blurb in the hearing letter.

Sorry to make it clear I didn’t respond to the discounted amount and told them anything they want to discuss just send a letter and I didn’t respond to that either. So then the discontinued the proceedings.

Well done , Another one bites the dust !!
  • July 2019 I parked in a ncp car park in Lincoln, I received a letter requesting £60.00 for non payment but I did pay with cash but unfortunately I did not keep my ticket, there was some confusion whether the registration was entered correctly, I did appeal but never received any confirmation on whether this was successful or not, so I then received a fine for £160.00, on phoning NCP they informed me that my appeal was unsuccessful and apparently they had sent this by email which I never received, I refused to pay knowing that I had definitely paid in the first place. This was then followed by a letter from bwlegal demanding payment, please can anyone help has they are now threatening court proceedings and asking me to fill in forms with all sort of details.

Hi, this is posted in the wrong place, please remove it by deleting it from this thread which belongs to physiodoc3.

You will get help when you:

    (1)  Read the NEWBIES FAQS sticky thread first, please - post #2 is all about LBC stage from solicitors, and how to defend the inevitable (but doomed) court claim.  It tells you how to get a SAR if you haven't got all the letters & photos any more.
    (2) ONLY after reading the NEWBIES thread first then start a new discussion when you get the claim.

My signature below tells everyone where to click so no asking for a link, please...

    P.S. well done, physiodoc3 !
