Traffic Parking

Hi Everyone,
I've got a couple of domain's that I do not do anything with. I've heard about this 'traffic parking' where you can have people advertise/link off your site and you get paid a fee. I'm just looking for a bit of advice from someone who knows a bit more than I do (which is sod all) and which is the best company to go with etc. I've looked at https://www.trafficparking.com and it looks fairly simple???
