That is what has called me over the past 14 days.
I press block but it is causing me stress. Does anyone else have any experience of this at all?

I get the occasional one. I assume it's automatic dialling.0

Probably premium rate call back scam, carry on blocking them. Why on earth this would 'cause you stress' I have no idea.0 -

!!!!es me off but doesnt stress me
why get stressed0 -
There's also no Consumer Rights issue here. The PV&W forum is a better place for this.0

If you've ever answered a marketing call or other unknown number in the past, then you have indicated that your number is live. It will therefore be on lists of live numbers that get passed around and sold on. Automatic dialling means that one operator can call many numbers at the same time, then immediately one answers the others cut off.
Haven't you anything more important to get stressed about?0 -
"One ring and cut" is otherwise known as the Wangiri Scam.
It seems these calls are probably designed to tempt you to call back and incur premium rate charges.
Although you might be paying up to 72p per minute for the call, the scammers can receive only up to 5p per minute from revenue share payments - hardly seems worth bothering with.
Do not call back. Ignore the calls.
If you want to do something, report the calls to your telecoms provider and to ActionFraud.0 -
This causes you stress no way,you have no idea of the real world.0
