Claiming costs from Gladstones/ UKCPM

Hi Folks
I'm putting the finishing touches to my residential parking defence and want to add a flourish at the end of my statement asking for my costs to be taken into account. Does anyone have a form of words, is there a set procedure to follow. Or should I just not bother? What and how much can I claim?
Needs to go in the morning! Grateful for any help!

Is this thread related to any of the other four threads you have started this year?0

How is anyone able to comment with no context from which to work? Real risk of going off in the wrong direction, which will be helpful to no one, other than possibly the PPC.
@OP - while you will have intimate knowledge of your own case, regulars have dozens upon dozens of threads they are dealing with each day, all at the same time. To expect them to go searching for other threads you might have opened about this rather ignores the workload on the forum - up to 100 different cases per day. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I thought my question was fairly straightforward - and yes it is related to the other four threads, the advice of which has been helpful. I was trying to keep it simple without putting in too much detail, but in summary: residential parking ticket; leaseholder; poor and inconsistent signage; previous same facts case dismissed. I've asked for another two claims at the same property to be brought together and considered before the same judge who heard the original. I finishing my statement and wanted to add in something on costs.
This is a specific question on whether you can claim costs if the case is dismissed. I can't locate any official guidance though there is some information in relation to discontinuances. Likewise, the issue/ my question on costs get otherwise lost in a maze of postings about residential tickets etc.

stop opening new threads , get a board guide to merge them , the rule here is one topic , one thread
clearly you havent read many other court case threads on here, if you had you would have read the ABUSE OF PROCESS paragraphs by coupon mad in the BEAMERGUY thread about the topic, its been around for a few months now
also read about your COSTS SCHEDULE by LOC123 linked in the newbies faq sticky thread too0 -
You are unlikely to get your costs if the case is discontinued, but yes if you win you ask the Judge at the hearing.
Please no new threads, just reply on the most appropriate existing one you have. We are drowning in queries and just can't handle more than one 'orphan' single question thread per poster, with no context.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
