Are you sticking up for Boris ex squeeze?

No, why do you ask? Could you now please answer my question, which was:
So I am a perma property bull, really? Why am I selling then? Furthermore why was I posting in 2008 and 2009 that house prices were going to fall to a max of approx 35 to 40%. I am looking forward to your explanation!

Here is the link to one of my 35% to 40% quotes:

So if you rent out a property to a tenant and HMRC tells you to pay tax on the rent you just tell them to do one?

Have a look at sales volumes and tell me if the market is spooked or not.

The market is spooked and it looks like the situation will be extended even longer

She pole dances as a hobby. So do thousands of women across the country. Who sadly have to put up with sniggering from the likes of you as part of the cost of improving themselves and gaining self-confidence.

I know women who do pole fitness, they never say things like.

"Men just trip over themselves in front of me. They fall in love with me in about 10 minutes … because I know what to say. I make men trip over their dicks. That’s what happens."

I can't see any reason to think she didn't say those things to Boris as part of her pitch for the money. You know, that is just what happens because she knows what to say.

If it had all been above board then Boris would have disclosed it, because he was legally obliged to.

Boris knows what to say as well to make leavers trip over their dicks too, you start with blaming foreigners and then invoke WW2.

But thanks for your faux political correctness. I'll remember it.
I never realised that until recently, I saw a photo of a property on rightmove which had a pole in the lounge, it was my wife that pointed out to me that pole dancing was a recognised fitness activity.

I don't think pole's are the most efficient way of building strength, but they are certainly more practical to have in your house than silks and rings. You do get the "pretend to being the other type of pole dancer in your mind, without all the bad things happening" effect as well as.

None of the pole fitness people I know have them permanently installed in their living room though. That would again suggest an image she was trying to project.

I don't think so either, so I will stick with my weight training (for strength), but each to their own.

Interestingly, at the time you posted in 2009, most of the decline had already happened; the subsequent decline was only another 10%; and the total from peak was 25% rather than 40%.

    https://www.allagents.co.uk/house-prices-adjusted/

From which I infer that property longs are no more inclined to be bullish or bearish than crashtrolls. It just suits the latter to imagine so.

I know, and that was my point, about not being a 'perma prop bull', but at the time my predictions where valid (they were based upon spread prices of the average house price). But of course I was very pleased to be wrong. What I hoped for, and what I anticipated, turned out to be two different things. But unlike some of the bears on here I don't tend to get confused between what I expect, and what I want to happen. I am very much aware that they can be two different things.

How is Arcuri's confidence in her sexual magnetism relevant to your misogynist dislike of women who pole dance as a hobby?

A stripper is someone who takes their clothes off for money. Pole dancing is not stripping. The fact that it involves wearing skimpy clothing for practicality reasons (gripping a pole with clothed legs and arms is exceptionally difficult) is not relevant. If pole dancing = stripping then so do track and field, gymnastics, boxing, or any other sport or exercise that involves wearing minimal clothing.

Unless you can provide evidence that Arcuri ever worked in a strip club, or as a stripogram, or any variant, you may as well own your misogyny.
None of the pole fitness people I know have them permanently installed in their living room though.
My wife did. No doubt that makes her a prostitute in your eyes as well.

You accused Arcuri of being a stripper solely because she's a woman who practises pole fitness and now you're attempting the "some of my best friends are strippers, I mean pole dancers" defence. Hilarious.

Most landlords bought BTL as pension investment, many were accidental landlords when they needed to move and couldn’t sell because of negative equity etc. With so many of Labour’s policies being against prudent investors/savers/speculators (yes, speculation is part of the mix and not the evil thing it’s portrayed by socialists), how would everyone protect and build their families and retirements - thoughts?

With precious metals, namely silver bullion while it’s still manipulated so low.

JP Morgan now facing criminal charges by the department of justice or silver manipulation, so the crime in progress could be stopped any day now.

The question is what is the true value of silver once the criminal manipulation is over?
The thing about chaos is, it's fair.
