CSB Solicitors Letter Of Claim

I have read through the Newbies thread for this but can't seem to find an equivalent case to mine. I wonder if I could ask for some advice.
I received a parking ticket in April 2019 that belonged to a company called 'Parking Solutions 24'. The car park in question is next to my work. I work in a GP practice which has an agreement with the car park that staff from the practice can park there. The practice asks us to provide our licence plates to put on a list of authorised users. I initially appealed the parking ticket but they rejected the appeal stating I was not an 'authorised user'. I have since learned that the person in charge of recording the licence plates had written mine down incorrectly.
I didn't follow up my appeal through POPLA based on some bad advice from a colleague of 'ignore it'. I appreciate this was a mistake!
I have since received a letter from a 'CSB solicitors' who said they were acting on behalf on parking solutions 24 but when I looked at where the payment was being sent it was to 'Ultimate Customer Solution'. I wrote back to CSB with the suggest template letter in the Newbies thread.
They have since sent me a LETTER OF CLAIM. I have followed the advice on the newbies thread and sent a SAR to Parking Solutions 24 as well as a reply to the solicitor informing them of this.
In summary my question would be - do I have a reasonable case if this goes to court? Is there anything else I should be doing at this stage?
I should add my practice manager has tried to get this cancelled but they have refused.

get a witness statement signed and dated by the practice manager stating that you were authorised to park as an employee, that the VRM was incorrectly recorded by a third party and that you had no idea about this error. also they should add that they have requested that the PCN be cancelled but the parking company have refused to cancel it
yes to the SAR you have sent to the DPO at PS24 , that is correct
UCS is DRPL in disguise
await any court claim from the CCBC in Northampton0 -
CSB are also debt collectors
Does the letter give you 30 days to respond and proof of their claim
If real, there should be forms included to which you ignore0 -
Yes you have a case!I have since learned that the person in charge of recording the licence plates had written mine down incorrectly.
Your Practice Manager didn't try hard enough to cancel this one, should be easy.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you for your replies. I'll await their responses.
With regards to the practice manager not being able to cancel it I should have added; I got three tickets in the space of two weeks. I gave them all to the practice manager on the same day (delay due to her being away). When she spoke to them they agreed to cancel the first two but not the third. My interpretation would be this can only weaken their case?0 -
agreed , so ensure that is also in the witness statement too , yours and hers0

Yes it gives 30 days to reply and there is a 'reply form' that has a number of different sections with boxes to tick ( I have written them a letter rather than send that back to them). It also includes a 'financial statement' that breaks down what extra it would cost me if we proceeded to court
What do you mean by 'proof of their claim'. What would that look like?0 -

Proof means pictures etc and proof of the £££ claim
Assume they have added a fake £60 ?

But as 2 have already been cancelled, the third one must be the same. CSB would be nuts to try this on with a judge0 -

No actually there's no evidence relating to the case. There's just the first page thats states I owe £170 and that period of time to appeal through POPLA has now expired. There's also what they refer to as a 'Statement Of Account' where they break down that I currently owe them £170 and if I went to court I could owe them an additional £202 on top of this.0
