Parking Eye Count Court

I have been given a date to appear in Small Claims Court over an unpaid parking eye claim. I feel very harshly treated as I parked ata gym with a fiend and was entitled to do so. I got a ticket and she didn't. Anyway the court correspondence encourages mediation. I really don't want to go to court so want to mediate with them but cannot find a way to do this. Searched Parking eye web site and unable to get anywhere. I've emailed enforcements@parkingeye and got an automated response but no reply to my email yet. Can anybody offer any advice please. I'm getting a bit desperate not.

Are you following the guide to court written by bargepole from post 2 of the NEWBIES?
This explains everything, step by step from the LBC to the court date.

Personally I believe mediation is a waste of time. You want to pay nothing and they want their £100.

I think you would be better concentrating on your defence. Have you done the AoS yet?
What is the date of the claim?
I married my cousin. I had to...
    I don't have a sister. :D

I suspect you have already filed a Defence. Is that so?

What is the Issue Date on your County Court Claim Form?

Have you received a Directions Questionnaire from the County Court Business Centre?

Sorry for all the questions - just trying to establish whereabouts you are in the process.

Maxalex, I see that you have read the above posts.
Are you going to answer the questions?

Time may well be against you, but until you tell us exactly where you are, it's difficult to advise further.
