MSE Resolver Tool

Hi,
I have used the free MSE resolver tool previously, with great success.
Due to a cancelled flight experienced at the weekend, I submitted a new request for Brussels Airlines.
The automated reply from the airlines states 'Dear Guest,
This email address is no longer in use, kindly contact our service center via phone on 0032 2 723 23 62.
How do I continue to use the automated Resolver tool in this instance?

update resolver that they are contacting an out of date email address0

Contact the airline directly.
Resolver only adds a level of unnecessary complexity and confusion. Their lender contact details are not kept up to date.0 -
I thought I read somewhere that Resolver had folded (or changed their terms of operation)?0

I have just used Resolver to log a complaint about Yodel as I thought it would be the quickest way to get it resolved!!
The complaint has been recorded so will have to keep an eye on it and see if it progresses as I never saw anything suggesting they have stopped!Virtual sealed pot 2019 member #6 :j
