Hi All,

Has anyone experienced any problems with logging into HSBC and making payments in recent days?

There was a thread started a month ago, in which a poster was unable to access HSBC's online banking because of a software conflict between Google Chrome and Trusteer Rapport, and a more recent poster mentioned difficulties caused by an ad blocker:

However, in the apparent absence of anything else reported recently, perhaps it would be worth posting more detail of exactly what you've experienced?

Are you able to log in at all? If not, have you tried different browsers and/or devices? If you are able to get in but are then encountering problems, what sort of symptoms or error messages are you seeing? Are these issues repeatable and/or ongoing, or intermittent? etc, etc....

I logged into HSBC just fine this morning and transfer money around - as above, in the absence of further detail I'd suggest you try another browser/device and make sure to disable any ad-blocker/VPN or other software that might also interfere with your connection.

Mine is working fine today, have done a couple of transfers.

There were some news reports of issues, so it isn't just the op, but I haven't had any problems.
