Universal Credit - Moving house to another area

Hello everyone
We are a couple who have already claimed and have been receiving Universal credit for around 3 years, we rent privately and get some payment toward rent & have reduced council tax. We are both disabled, receiving lcwra and PIP. What happens if we were to move house to a completely different area?, would we have to start all over again with a new claim for Universal Credit or would this be just classed as a change of circumstances and would we then just apply to the council in the new area?
I just cannot find anything about this, so hoping someone can help.
Thanks

The only items that might change would be the housing element and the CT reduction. Housing element would depend on the Local Housing rates. See https://lha-direct.voa.gov.uk/
Council Tax reduction would depend on the local authority but it should be on the council's website to allow you to check before you move.
PIP won't change nor would I expect the underlying UC.
You'll have to tell DWP and your Council(s) about the move.Unlike some here, I am not omniscient. If I am wrong correct me. I won't take offence.

Much appreciated.
If this is all that is needed we may now be able to make some much needed changes.
I will check out the link, so handy to have that information beforehand should we decide to move.
DWP and council would of course be informed of any change in circumstances.
