Question for "stay" hearings

The solicitors have applied to the court for the "stay" and a hearing is scheduled for mid-December. I wonder if anyone has been to one of these hearings and can offer some advice to the following...
(1) The hearing is scheduled for 11:10am ... do they start promptly, or do they give a load of people the same times so that they have a continual stream of people to see ... therefore the fact that the hearing is scheduled for 11:10am not meaning that the hearing will start at that time?
(2) In other cases where you've attended the stay hearing, did the representative for the bank turn up?
(3) Once started, how long did the hearing take?

We missed out on the reclaim of nearly £5000 bank charges from HSBC, but picked up over £10000 in PPI claims against them instead. I am now debt free and working to help my other half clear hers
