They have 6 years to sue. And probably will.
We are currently seeing a spate of 2015 and 2016 PCNs resulting in court claims now.
So, update them if you move house of course, you can't miss a court claim and get a killer CCJ coming back to bite you when you discover it, years down the line. Well its been over 6 years since the date of the alleged contravention and I haven't heard a thing! I assume I can count this as a win!2 -
