  • Hi All,

What is the latest on this? I find myself in the same situation (at Fitness First Solihull) and am considering challenging. It would be good to understand your progress with this.

The original poster hasn't logged in to MSE Forums for six months. Maybe you should send him a Private Message to get his attention.

Alternatively, you could start your own thread and seek help from those that post here every day.

    You decide.  :)

They have 6 years to sue.  And probably will.

We are currently seeing a spate of 2015 and 2016 PCNs resulting in court claims now.

So, update them if you move house of course, you can't miss a court claim and get a killer CCJ coming back to bite you when you discover it, years down the line.  Far too many cases like that one here where people blithely assume it's gone away, move house and put their heads in the sand.

Well its been over 6 years since the date of the alleged contravention and I haven't heard a thing! I assume I can count this as a win! :)

Thanks to you (and the other knowledgeable commenters)! I think they realised I knew they were bluffing and was prepared to go all the way! I wouldn't have been able to steel myself for the fight if it wasn't for you! Thanks again! :)
