Parking ticket

Hi all, I
I have just recieved a parking ticket issued by cpm in lancing.
I was returning my twin granddaughters to their mother in Orme Close, parked in a visitor's space, by the time I had got girls out of their seats, walked over buzzed the door, walked up stairs and returned with pass the ticket was their. They must have been watching and had allowed me
4 MINUTES, as stated on ticket.
I have appealed.doesnt seem fair I have arthritic legs and cant move very quick.

Have you based your forum username on your real name?

CPM are well known scammers and 4 minutes should be considered as a grace period.

CPM offer a commission of £10 to non employees .... that means it is possible for a nosy neighbour to take pictures and send to CPM

I doubt CPM have a full time bonzo on site

You need to do some detective work
