Marcus - Delay in transfer to account this weekend

I've held the Marcus account since it was first opened and regularly do transfers in and out of the account. The transfers normally take no longer than around 10-15 minutes to complete.

Yesterday afternoon I made a transfer into my Marcus account and it is still not showing this morning.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Weekends are typically slower. Though a transfer not arriving by the next morning is unusual. That might explain why a transfer out I made a few hours ago is still not showing.

Thanks - At least it isn't just me.

It could be a system fault which they won't know about until tomorrow.

It does say in their T&C's -

"If you ask us to send your money after 3.30pm or on a non-business day, we may not make your payment until the following business day."

Thanks, but that has never been the case in practice. Unless they have changed their practices to this.

I've just received an email confirming my withdrawal request was processed by Marcus - just under 4 hours after I requested it online, and it has hit my current account almost immediately.

The deposit into my Marcus account is showing just now. Around 10 hours later.
