Cheap bluetooth mp3 players?

Looking at the possibility of a cheap mp3 player, with display preferably, that has bluetooth connectivity for wireless headphones.
I know when you look at bluetooth mp3 players the usual big names come up with their big prices and that's not really what i'm after. I'm also not wanting to load my phone with music either - i want a standalone device that handles the music.
As i'm working out differently in the gym now, having a wired set of earphones is becoming a bit of a nuisance at times - hence me needing bluetooth for the wireless connectivity.
My concern is the life of these cheap units. Not just charge life but actual life-life ... i don't want one totally dying within x-months and needing replacing because of its poor quality. They say you get what you pay for, but you can also get decent stuff without breaking the bank too, it's just a case of buying the right stuff.
Just a quick Amazon search as an example: https://www.amazon.co.uk/BENJIE-Bluetooth-Recorder-Reading%EF%BC%8CUp-Expandable-8G-Silver/dp/B07SLY3RDS/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=BENJIE&qid=1567330658&s=electronics&search-type=ss&sr=1-4 £26 much good? Although for the price difference you'd probably shell out the extra £3 to double the capacity unless in the case of this unit you hated red and blue and had a thing for silver. Around £100 cheaper than some of the big name units.

That player looks decent enough, but the 16gb is only a quid more. It supports SD card for extra storage if you need it. But you're right, with these "no-brand" items you're on a bit of a gamble with quality, but the big brands are focussing on £1k phones now. (There's a thought, could you use your phone?).
Failing that, you could get a little Bluetooth transmitter for your favourite player, but they tend to carry audio only, you'll loose the track skip control, but then you don't have that with the wired headphones anyway.
If you want a real gamble, these are only £3, could colour coordinate your music, "mmm today I am in a red mood...

I was conned buying that - it isn't actually Bluetooth.
It only takes SD cards, and its display only shows basic info, and the whole thing is a cheap piece of flimsy plastic.0 -

So the Bluetooth and the 32G in the product name are misleading, I did say it was a gamble, it really ought to be possible to report this sort of stuff to Amazon.(Although I could be wrong, I often am.)0
