TUI Compensation offer

I am currently 6 days into a 7night holiday in Menorca. I’ve complained at the start about a very smelly, hot and very noisy industrial extractor from the resort laundry which has made our terrace unusable. We can’t be moved according to the hotel despite me finding empty apartments and have been offered €75 in compensation and been told by the rep that we can’t be given it here to spend but it will be sent to the UK. She went to say if we declined this offer and complained to TUI when we return we likely won’t be given anything.
Is she right as I believe €75 is not enough being just 3% of the cost of the holiday?
P.S. The holiday was advertised with terrace or balcony.

Is it enough? I don’t know
It may be 3% of the total cost but what percentage is it of the room cost.
Is there rooms without balcony’s if so what is the difference in price0 -
£75 compensation on a £2.5k holiday, for loss of potentially a fairly major amenity seems low to say the least. Have you been given this offer in writing, along with the statement that TUI are likely to give nothing? I suspect not.
If you can photograph and video the offending extractor it may help in getting more back for the problem. Make sure you have registered a complaint in writing before you come home.0 -

It seems likely to me they'll send the €75 in vouchers off your next holiday . The rep was out of order saying what she said.
I'd certainly put a review of this on trip adviser with the room number in the title.
I'd record anything else the rep says.0 -
Any compensation is relevant to the accommodation part of the holiday only. The flights are the most expensive part so the accommodation may not have cost much.
You need to ask your rep for a complaints form. Complete it, sign it, makes sure the rep signs it and you get it or a copy back. You will need to do that if you want to pursue your complaint on your return to the UK.0 -

This is an official legal document which the establishment must provide upon request - and don't let them fob you off.
Good luck.0
