Dealing with a minor accident

£500 for a broken fog light? Geez.
I got in touch with Ford and they have said the next appointment for the body shop where they can give me a quote will be next week. Too long so probably will go through insurance.
You said in your OP two fog lights and a bent bumper.
So sounds like a new bumper (+ paint etc) and two fog lights at bare minimum.
Report back with your quote.
By the way I would start with a quote from a bodyshop and then double it at least to compare with a ford quote.0
