Hi all
I recieved a PCN today (Saturday)in Stratford the road i parked on is restricted from Monday to Friday and on event days.
There were no signs that it was an event day and i received the PCN for this reason.
I was brought up not far from Wembley Stadium so i know on event days they put up red signs for conformation.
Can anyone tell me if this is common practice or am i clutching at straws if using this as eveidance for an appeal. I have pictures of the restriction sign which had no "event day today" on it (which is what i am used to seeing around Wembley statdium).
Any advice is much appreciated.

Aren't West Ham at home today? Would that count as an event? Anyway this is likely to be a council ticket so you need to pop over to Pepipoo and look at the fight back forum.0

Thanks Le_Kirk. Yes West Ham were at home but my point is there was nothing to say they were. When an event is on at Wembley they have signs to say there is a event on that particular day.
I wasnt aware West Ham were at home.0 -
Either way , take it to the council forum over on pepipoo , where the council ticket experts should be0
